The filming for the pre-recorded segment took place in March, with photos of Cruise descending the Hollywood sign surfacing online, though the Olympic connection was not initially clear.

The Paris 2024 Organizing Committee has kept the ceremony details under wraps, but Thomas Jolly, the artistic director for Paris 2024, promises a grand concert hall transformation of the Stade de France.
